Wonderful Seamstress made 1930’s style flapper dress.
Made of whisper thin material that floats! All the edges are hand rolled… this would have taken ages and falls in a beautifully romantic way!
In my opinion this is a very good replica dress made in the 1980’s. Although it would be possible that is when the 80’s material slip dress was added underneath a much older dress.
Purchased from an estate sale, there was no way of knowing for sure!
Iridescent purple colour with a grey slip underneath. Pull over style.
Will fit a range of sizes up to a modern large. May need alterations to find the perfect fit as the neckline plunges low.
